Welcome to Horizon. By accessing and using our services—including our products and platforms such as the website, HubSpot CRM, and the Airtable interface powered by Softr—you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

Horizon provides automation, lead management, and business operations solutions for mid-sized businesses such as electricians, HVAC specialists, plumbers, landscapers, painters, and equipment rental companies. Our services are offered in three tiers:

Tier 1 – Basic Operating System

A one-time package that includes:

  • Lead-optimized website
  • HubSpot CRM with automated lead tracking
  • Operations dashboard for team coordination
  • Smart form integration for data capture

Tier 2 – Active Lead Generation

Includes everything from Tier 1, plus:

  • Lead generation campaigns via social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
  • Setup and monitoring of ad campaigns

Tier 3 – Automations & AI Assistant

Includes everything from Tier 2, plus:

  • Advanced sales automation
  • AI-powered virtual sales assistant integrated with CRM
  • Reports and decision-making powered by artificial intelligence

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any of these terms, you may not use our services.

3. Account Registration and Access

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for all activities that occur under your account. Notify Horizon immediately if you detect unauthorized use.

4. Fees and Payments

Pricing and Billing:

  • Tier 1 is offered as a one-time payment between $2,500 and $5,000, depending on the selected features.
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 follow a monthly retainer model:
    • Tier 2: $1,500–$2,500/month
    • Tier 3: $3,000–$5,000/month

Payment Methods:
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods listed on our payment page.

Auto-Renewal:
Tiers 2 and 3 renew automatically each month unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

5. Service Cancellation

You may cancel Tier 2 or Tier 3 services at any time; however, cancellation does not waive payment obligations for the current billing period. Tier 1 services are non-refundable due to the one-time payment structure.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to our tools, software, content, user interfaces, and designs are the exclusive property of Horizon or its licensors. You do not acquire ownership of these assets through your use of the services.

7. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to:

  • Use our services to send spam or conduct illegal activity
  • Modify, decompile, or create derivative works from our software
  • Use the services in a way that degrades platform performance

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all data entered into our platform is accurate and current. You must comply with applicable data privacy laws and keep your login credentials and data secure.

9. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Warranties:
Horizon is committed to delivering high-quality services but does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted systems. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses related to service usage.

Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances will Horizon be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

Horizon reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent changes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Colombia. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Bogotá, Colombia.
