Sales Operating System – Purchase Terms

Scope of Services

Your purchase includes:

  • Lead-Optimized Website
  • HubSpot CRM setup with automated follow-ups
  • Team Operations Dashboard
  • Smart Form Integration and Automation

Pricing

  • One-time payment between $2,500 – $5,000 USD
  • 50% due at project start, 50% due upon completion

Timeline

Delivery ranges from 3–6 weeks, depending on project scope and client responsiveness.

Revisions & Scope Changes

  • Includes two rounds of revisions per deliverable
  • Any additional scope or features requested will be billed separately

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds (minus a 10% processing fee) are available only before project execution begins
  • No refunds will be issued once project execution has started

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns all final deliverables. Third-party tool licenses (e.g., HubSpot) are billed separately and are the client’s responsibility.

Support

Post-launch support is not included but can be added through a separate agreement if needed.

Limitation of Liability
